About the Role
We are seeking experienced and motivated Product Managers to lead our digital marketing, event management, and film production departments at Markazia Solutions LLC. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving business growth and success in their respective areas by developing and implementing product strategies, managing teams, and working closely with other departments. The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of the Dubai market, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement product strategies that align with the overall company goals and objectives
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Dubai market and industry trends
Manage product development and launch initiatives
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective promotion and distribution of products
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Manage and motivate a team of product specialists, designers, and developers
Create and manage budgets and forecasts for the product line
Collaborate with other departments such as finance, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless product delivery
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to optimize and improve products
Identify new product opportunities and generate ideas for product innovation
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to post-launch support
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the digital marketing, event management, or film production industries
Strong understanding of the Dubai market and industry trends
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of driving business growth and success through effective product management
Ability to manage and motivate a team of specialists, designers, and developers
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
